Orders are shipped from New York within two business days and delivered via FedEx Overnight Service.
There are no customs duties or additional fees for deliveries within the United States.

European Union

Orders within the European Union are shipped from France within four business days.
No customs duties or additional taxes apply to EU deliveries.

Canada

Orders to Canada are shipped from New York via FedEx or DHL.
Nouvel Héritage covers all duties and customs fees on your behalf.
As the buyer of the goods, you may occasionally be asked by DHL to provide additional information for clearance.
