Every Nouvel Heritage piece is presented in our signature jewelry box, accompanied by a protective pouch and a branded shopping bag ready for gifting. Each piece also comes with an authenticity card confirming the materials, hallmarks, and serial number unique to your creation. For insurance appraisals, our concierge team can assist on request.

For rings, measure the inner diameter of a ring you already wear on the same finger and compare it to our ring size guide. For bangles, wrap a measuring tape around your wrist and refer to our bangle size guide. You can also download our printable sizing charts from any product page. If you're unsure, our concierge team is happy to help you find the right fit before you order.
We offer complimentary size exchanges. Reach out to our concierge team and we'll arrange everything for you. Please note that engraved pieces and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange.
Our rings are crafted to standard sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up half a size for comfort, especially for wider bands. For bangles, sizing is a matter of preference: some prefer a snug fit close to the wrist, others a looser fit for movement. If you plan to stack, we recommend matching the size of your existing bangles.

Yes. We service all Nouvel Heritage pieces. Every repair begins with an assessment by our atelier team, usually completed within a few days. From there, we'll walk you through the options, timeline, and any costs involved. In some cases, we may replace the piece entirely to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
Our two-year Maison warranty covers manufacturing defects at no cost to you. For wear-related repairs or pieces outside the warranty period, we offer repair services with a fee determined on a case-by-case basis. We always aim to find the most accommodating solution.
Most repairs are completed within four weeks. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know if we can offer a faster solution, including a replacement when it makes sense.

Many of our pieces can be engraved on the inside with a short message, initials, or a date. Availability depends on the design, so we recommend reaching out to our concierge team to confirm what's possible for your specific piece. We also offer a handwritten engraving program for select Mood bangles, where your own handwriting is engraved directly onto the piece.
Standard engravings are typically completed within two to three weeks. Handwritten engravings for Mood bangles may require additional time depending on the design. Our team will confirm the timeline when you place your order.
Personalized and engraved pieces are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to work closely with our concierge team before placing your order to make sure every detail is exactly right.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or reach out to our concierge team with your order number and we'll locate it for you right away.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often make changes. Contact our concierge team as soon as possible with your order number. Once a piece has shipped, we're unable to modify the order, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
We offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for orders in the United States and the European Union. Items must be in original condition with all packaging included.

All our pieces are crafted in 18k recycled gold (yellow, rose, and white) or titanium, depending on the collection. Our diamonds are natural and ethically sourced through a supply chain that meets the standards of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). Every gold piece is stamped with the French eagle head hallmark certifying 18k purity, our workshop hallmark, "Made in France," and a unique serial number. Our ateliers in Paris, Moulin, and Besancon are all certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), which means we meet strict international standards for responsible sourcing, human rights, and environmental practices at every stage of production.
