File quality

You are responsible for the quality of the uploaded file. Blurry, cropped, or folded scans may be rejected or result in a less faithful engraving. We recommend scanning at 300 dpi or higher.

Layout adjustments

Our atelier may make minor layout or sizing adjustments so your handwriting sits beautifully on the bangle. The shapes and style of your handwriting are never altered.

Handwriting fidelity

Our goal is to preserve the uniqueness of your handwriting. Because engraving is done by hand, slight variations may occur.

Proofs

No proof is sent before production. Our ateliers work directly from the scan you provide.

Production time

Production takes approximately six weeks from the date we receive your order. We will reach out should any delay occur.

Final sale

Engraved pieces are considered personalized and are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for another size or style.

Intellectual property

You confirm you are the author of the handwriting, or that you have the right to use it, and you consent to its reproduction on this engraved piece.

Content policy

Nouvel Heritage reserves the right to decline any content that is offensive, unlawful, or that infringes on third-party rights.

Data protection

Your scan is stored securely within the European Union, never shared with third parties, and deleted no later than twelve months after production.
