Crafted to last, backed by our commitment.

Every Nouvel Heritage creation is made in France from 18k recycled gold (750/1000) and set with ethically sourced diamonds.

Each piece is stamped or engraved with:

• the official eagle head hallmark or engraved "Au750" (certifying 18k gold)
• the workshop hallmark
• “Made in France”
• the unique serial number

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase

• Breaking caused by normal wear and tear

Please note: If your jewelry has been altered or repaired by a third-party jeweler, the warranty will be considered void.

Your certificate of authenticity:

Each piece is delivered with a certificate of authenticity card showing its unique serial number. If your certificate is missing, simply email concierge@nouvelheritage.com and we will gladly arrange for a new one.

No activation needed:

As of 2025, your warranty is automatically activated from the purchase date — no registration required.

Our client care team is here for you well beyond the warranty period. If your piece is ever damaged, we will gladly review it on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution together.
