Refund policy

Return Period Complimentary returns are available within 14 days of delivery for orders delivered in the United States and within the European Union.

Eligible Items Returns are accepted for both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, provided they have not been personalized with engravings.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage, and accompanied by all original packaging including the box, pouch, and any tags. Items that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders must be returned from the same country in which they were originally delivered.

How to Initiate a Return Visit our Return Center and submit your request using your order number and email address. Once approved by our team, typically within 24 business hours, a pre-paid FedEx return label will be sent to you by email. Items must be shipped within the 14-day return window.

Refunds and Exchanges Refunds are processed within seven business days of receiving and approving your return. Gifted items purchased on www.nouvelheritage.com may be exchanged for another piece of equal or greater value.

Return Shipping Return shipping is complimentary for orders delivered in the United States and within the European Union. For orders delivered in Canada or Switzerland, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Please ensure the piece is securely packaged and sent with tracking, as it remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
