Each order is prepared and shipped with the same care and attention that define every Nouvel Heritage creation. We ship worldwide from our locations in New York and Paris, ensuring a smooth and duty-free experience within the United States and the European Union.

United States

Orders are shipped from New York within two business days and delivered via FedEx Overnight Service.
There are no customs duties or additional fees for deliveries within the United States.
If you need your order urgently, please contact our concierge team, as we may be able to expedite fulfillment for you.

European Union

Orders within the European Union are shipped from France within four business days.
No customs duties or additional taxes apply to EU deliveries.

Canada

Orders to Canada are shipped from New York via FedEx or DHL.
Nouvel Heritage covers all duties and customs fees on your behalf.
As the buyer of the goods, you may occasionally be asked by DHL to provide additional information for clearance.
Our concierge team remains available to assist and ensure your order arrives smoothly.

Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are shipped from France. Prices shown in Swiss francs do not include Swiss VAT.
On arrival, Swiss customs levy import VAT of approximately 8.1% on the total value of your order, including shipping. No customs duties apply to fine jewelry.
Our carrier will contact you to collect this VAT, and any clearance fee, before or at delivery. These charges are set by Swiss regulations and are payable by the recipient directly to the carrier.
