What happens next

The withdrawal period runs for 14 days from the day you receive your piece, or from the day the contract is concluded for a piece not yet delivered.
We refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your declaration.
Pieces personalised with your handwriting are made to your specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as European law provides for personalised goods.
If your piece has already arrived, please return it within 14 days of this declaration. Return shipping is complimentary from the United States and the European Union.
