We understand that buying fine jewelry is an intimate process, and the nuances of doing so online like not being able to touch, or try-on pieces before purchasing can be challenging. We want you to feel completely confident about the jewelry you buy from us, that is why we offer a 14-days return period for any non-personalized, customized or specialized order pieces with a full refund. Please contact our team at concierge@nouvelheritage.com with details so they can send you a pre-paid shipping label.

EXCHANGES


If you want to exchange your piece for another one please contact our concierge team at concierge@nouvelheritage.com, they will arrange to send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please note you need to return the piece to us before the end of the 14-days return period. 

LIMITATIONS


Please be mindful to return your piece of jewelry with its packaging. 

We also do not accept returns if the jewelry has been damaged. 

We only accept returns for orders delivered in the United States.
