If the item ordered from  www.nouvelheritage.com  does not meet your expectations, we offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns beyond the 14-day policy, and they must be shipped by the 14th day using the pre-paid return label provided.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

How can I return my order?

1. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in new and resalable condition with no signs of wear. Please send back orders in their original packaging.

Maison Nouvel Héritage reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. We do not accept returns on jewelry personalized with engravings. 

Returned items that are not in resalable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Get your order number and email address ready, then complete the return form.

4. Choose the time slot of your preference to schedule the pickup of your package.

5. Once the request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid DHL label by email, and a DHL courier will pick up the package at the selected time slot.
